Abstract-The 304th regiment and finally in the battle and are in a grove waiting for the enemy to charge and the lieutenant is shot in the hand and the veteran soldiers and surrounding the young men poking fun at their enexperiance. Henry then questions again how quickly he can run as he loads his weapon as the enemy charges.
Response- I think this is a great test for henry to prove that he can be there and fight. I also think he will engage with the enemy and be a great fighter.
Question- Why do the veterans do more hurt to the rookies than help?
