Chapter 11

Abstract- In this chapter Henry hears the battle and feels the need to fight, but then second guesses it because he has no gun and is still somewhat afraid. He wishes that his side would lose so he would have a reason that he ran and would feel better about himself, but can see they are doing very well. Now he thinks when he comes back to camp his fellow soldiers will call him a coward and make fun of him. The worst part is that he can't find a excuse now.
Response- I don't understand why Henry can't just find a gun and fight even if he is weak to regain his pride and feel much better about himself. He shouldn't want his side to lose either because thats just a cowardly thing to think and just the wrong thing to think. I think he is a coward and should be named as one.
Question- Why can't he just get it together and do the right thing?
